    Does oil pulling help me as I am hyperthyoid?

  2. April 9th, 2010 at 17:58 | #2

    @Rhoda
    OP has cured Hypothyroid and other hormonal problems. It will balance the thyroid imbalance and cure it. You must measure your Thyroid hormonal levels in the blood before and after OP when you start OP. You will know the result immediately. Based on the result , if it has improved you can continue OP for a longer period . If it has not improved then OP can not cure it in your case.

    I am seriously contemplating oil pulling – but have concerns about almagam fillings….and several problems reported. Is either sesame or sunflower better with those type of fillings?

    thanks,
    Debbie

    [TK Rao]
    If the filling is not done properly there is a good chance of it coming out with Oil Pulling. Both the oils are equal in their effectiveness but some people like one more than the other.

    I started OP with organic solid unrefined coconut oil. 2 to 2 tsp. put in shot glass and warm in microwave for a bout 10 seconds. Every day for 20 minutes unless you have mercury fillings. Then use no more than 2 times a week since the vapors from the fillings can be harmful.

    [TK Rao]
    For Oil Pulling use only refined sunflower oil or gingely oil. I don’t recommend coconut oil.

    Can OP eliminate extremely harmful bacteria that thrive under root canals? I see Holistic dentist reccomend proper extraction of all root canal teeth because of this but maybe oil pulling can kill bacteria even if they are in the safety of a ”blocked” tooth?

    [TK Rao]
    It is better to take the advice of your dentist

    Hi!
    I’ve been having serious problems for many years with candida, yeast fungus infection. It has become chronic. Any chance that it could cure my candida? I also have lots of other problems with my health, caused by candida or hypothyroid…I m not sure…
    Any thoughts about this? Best regards Ak/ Sweden
    Ps: any chance that I don’t need surgery for my carpaltunnelsyndrome?

    Hello. I have daily back pain supposedly linked to disc degeneration. I have pain in my shoulders and neck as well. Will oil pulling help with this condition? If so, in what way. I really do not want surgery and am willing to try all other options first and foremost. Thank you for your reply in advance. I am grateful for finding this forum.

    [TK Rao]
    OP has been found to be effective in all types of back/joint pains. Try doing OP for atleast 2-3 weeks and you will know whether to continue or not.

    I started oil pulling about 2 months ago. I have noticed about 2 dozen benefits so far. I intend to do this for the rest of my life. Has anyone reported that this has cured or helped cataracks? The reason that I ask that is because the redness in my eyes have went away and the whites of my eyes are whiter than they have been in years. I also noticed after about one week of oil pulling that everything seemed much brighter. I am in my late 60s and am sleeping better than I have in years. Also, my arthritic knuckles have actually went down in size. I know this because I have been able to get rings on now that I have not been able to get on in several years.

    [TK Rao}
    If you continue OP you will continue to be healthy.

    I have researched OP and am excited to get started. I have sinusitis, swollen face, large amounts of drainage down my throat, infections are appearing more often. The next step with my doctor is x-rays, CT Scan, and cultures of the sinuses. I am a lower- middle-class, non-insured stay at home mom of 2. I cannot afford the medical solution route my Dr. wants to take. Starting tomorrow I am starting a blog on my Facebook with pictures to show the progress of OP. Let’s cross our fingers and hope for great results.
