I have researched OP and am excited to get started. I have sinusitis, swollen face, large amounts of drainage down my throat, infections are appearing more often. The next step with my doctor is x-rays, CT Scan, and cultures of the sinuses. I am a lower- middle-class, non-insured stay at home mom of 2. I cannot afford the medical solution route my Dr. wants to take. Starting tomorrow I am starting a blog on my Facebook with pictures to show the progress of OP. Let’s cross our fingers and hope for great results.

Today only I have started OP using gingely oil , there is no difference like freshness, activeness etc. But I have a faith about doing OP. I have a thin cheeks, I would like to improve my cheeks as chubby, Is OP helps to get chubby cheeks? and I would like to earn weight also. Suggest me the better idea that really works.

If you are underweight you will become normal weight. OP does not make chubby cheeks or fat.

Can I use grapeseed oil for OP. I have high blood pressure what should I use?

It is recommended to use sun flower oil or gingely oil . Do not use grapeseed oil for OP.

Is it ok to oil pull with olive oil? also, does oil pulling help with glaucoma?

Use sunflower or gingely oil.There are two cases of glaucoma cured by OP. You can try for atleast for a few weeks.

I started oil pulling about 2 months ago. I have noticed about 2 dozen benefits so far. I intend to do this for the rest of my life. Has anyone reported that this has cured or helped cataracks? The reason that I ask that is because the redness in my eyes have went away and the whites of my eyes are whiter than they have been in years. I also noticed after about one week of oil pulling that everything seemed much brighter. I am in my late 60s and am sleeping better than I have in years. Also, my arthritic knuckles have actually went down in size. I know this because I have been able to get rings on now that I have not been able to get on in several years.

Hello. I have daily back pain supposedly linked to disc degeneration. I have pain in my shoulders and neck as well. Will oil pulling help with this condition? If so, in what way. I really do not want surgery and am willing to try all other options first and foremost. Thank you for your reply in advance. I am grateful for finding this forum.

OP has been found to be effective in all types of back/joint pains. Try doing OP for atleast 2-3 weeks and you will know whether to continue or not.
