I have been trying OP for a week now I have just found the dark colour in my gums slowly fading away and pinkish red is visible, I suffer from severe allergic rhinitis which is worse now I hope it will clear, I hope ringworm infection will also clear away.

I am 58 years old. For the past one year I am suffering from dark patches on my forehead . I have used a number if creams as per the advice of the Doctors but of no help. Whether OP will reduce those darkness from my forehead. Can I use gingely oil for OP.

You can use gingely oil for OP and the black patches on the forehead will reduce and disappear. It may take atleast 3 to 4 months.

I would like to teach my 7 and 10 year old boys how to OP. How much oil would be appropriate for their ages?

I HAVE BEEN OIL-PULLING FOR APPROX. 4 MOS. 1HAVE A GOLD CROWN ON LOWER MOLAR AND HAVE NOTICED LATELY SWELLING OF THE GUM. MY DENTIST COULDN’T BELIEVE HOW MUCH WORSE MY GUM DISEASE WAS IN THIS AREA AND NOWI HAVE TO HAVE THAT TOOTH EXTRACTED AND MAYBE THE ONE NEXT TO IT ALSO.I DID NOT TELL DENTIST ABOUT THE OIL-PULLING BUT AM WONDERING IF THE OIL CAN BE CAUSING SOFTNESS TO THE ROOTS AND JAWBONE.THE ROOT IS ALSO BROKEN ON THE TOOTH WITH THE CROWN. I HAD A ROOT CANAL DONE ON THAT TOOTH.PLEASE ANSWER

This is peculiar since there were no cases of adverse effects of OP on gums. In fact it was found to be effective in reducing the swelling of gums.

began oil pulling with virgin coconut oil 5 days ago…1 tbsp. for 20 min. sinus problems/excess mucous have disappeared. Teeth are whiter, skin smoother and less dry. A benign skin growth on my cheek which has been there for years has almost disappeared! Warning: due to detoxifying nature of OP, I experienced increased lethargy on days 3 and 4…still a bit tired, but look and feel healthier. I sincerely believe oil pulling is a “fountain of youth”.

Is roasted sesame oil effective or should a different type of sesame oil be used?

I am 24 years old and I have really bad teeth. I have had gingivitis for 10 years atleast and holes forming in my teeth. I need to find a cheap alternative to fixing my teeth. Will oil pulling work for me and help me?

Both sunflower and sesame oil work equally well. But some people might find one better than the other.

i’m a software engineer..since i need to sit in a/c and infront of system,i developed dry eyes…

i’m not able to work… will oil pulling work for me?? and how long should i do?

Your problem is due to the nature of the work you do. Oil Pulling should help you. Please do Oil Pulling for atleast a few weeks and see the results.
